Description

A simple and quick seafood dish featuring shrimp baked with garlic and Parmesan.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, paprika, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and toss until well coated.
  3. Spread the coated shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  5. Remove from the oven, transfer to a serving platter, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
