- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, paprika, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and toss until well coated.
- Spread the coated shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove from the oven, transfer to a serving platter, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
