Air Fryer Baked Potatoes with a fluffy inside and crispy skin.
Ingredients

- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Optional toppings: sour cream, chives, cheese, bacon bits
Instructions
- Wash and scrub the russet potatoes under cold running water. Scrub the skins gently with a vegetable brush.
- Pat the potatoes dry with a paper towel. Poke several holes in each potato with a fork.
- Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle with salt and pepper, rubbing the seasoning into the skin.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. Cook the potatoes for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through. Check for doneness and add toppings before serving.
