- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Brussels sprouts: Rinse, trim, and cut them in half. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Air fry the Brussels sprouts: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Make the balsamic glaze: Combine balsamic vinegar and honey (or maple syrup) in a saucepan. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
- Toss and serve: Drizzle the glaze over the cooked Brussels sprouts and toss gently. Garnish with parsley.
