Description

Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Glaze is a delicious and healthy side dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Brussels sprouts: Rinse, trim, and cut them in half. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Air fry the Brussels sprouts: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  3. Make the balsamic glaze: Combine balsamic vinegar and honey (or maple syrup) in a saucepan. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
  4. Toss and serve: Drizzle the glaze over the cooked Brussels sprouts and toss gently. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning to your taste.
  • For a vegan option, use maple syrup instead of honey.
