- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Refried beans (optional)
- Guacamole (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the fillings on one half of each tortilla and fold it over. Lightly spray the tortillas with oil for a crispy texture. Add shredded mozzarella cheese and refried beans if desired.
- Place the folded tortillas in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown.
- Remove the quesadillas from the air fryer basket and slice them into quarters. Serve hot with guacamole or salsa if desired.
