Description

Air Fryer Parmesan Zucchini Fries are a crispy and guilt-free snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium zucchini, cut into fries
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Prepare the zucchini by washing and cutting them into fry-shaped pieces.
  2. Set up a breading station with Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in one bowl, and beaten egg in another.
  3. Dip each zucchini fry into the beaten egg, then coat with the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spray the basket with cooking spray and arrange the breaded zucchini fries in a single layer. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
