- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 medium apple, diced
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- Pinch of salt
- Chopped nuts and additional apple slices for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, diced apple, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
- Transfer the mixture into a jar or airtight container. Seal it tightly and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the oats to soak overnight, or for at least 4 hours, so they absorb the liquid and flavors.
