Apple Cinnamon Peanut Butter Overnight Oats is a delicious and healthy breakfast option.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 medium apple, diced
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chopped nuts and additional apple slices for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, diced apple, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a jar or airtight container. Seal it tightly and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the oats to soak overnight, or for at least 4 hours, so they absorb the liquid and flavors.
