Description
Beef Stroganoff is a creamy comfort dish made in one pot in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients

- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the chopped onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until translucent. Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until the mushrooms are tender. Stir in the paprika.
- Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Add the egg noodles and stir to combine. Cover and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the sour cream until well combined. Return the cooked beef to the pot and mix until heated through. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the beef stroganoff hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
