- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, and cooked rice. Add the cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly. If using breadcrumbs, mix them with olive oil in a small bowl and sprinkle over the top of the casserole for added crunch.
- Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.
