Cheesy Seafood Bake is a rich and satisfying dish perfect for seafood lovers.

- 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and crab meat)
- 2 cups cooked pasta (such as penne or fusilli)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the mixed seafood and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and the scallops are opaque. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika. Remove from heat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well until smooth.
- Fold in the cooked pasta and the sautéed seafood mixture until everything is evenly coated with the cheesy sauce.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pour the seafood and pasta mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
