- 1 head of romaine or butter lettuce, leaves separated
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing (optional for serving)
- Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- PREPARE THE CHICKEN FILLING
Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the chicken is well coated with the sauce.
Heat the Mixture: Transfer the chicken mixture to a skillet over medium heat. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through. - ASSEMBLE THE WRAPS
Prepare Lettuce Leaves: While the chicken is heating, wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Choose the largest leaves for wrapping.
Fill the Wraps: Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture into the center of each lettuce leaf. Top with shredded carrots and diced celery for added crunch. - SERVE
Add Dressing: Drizzle with blue cheese or ranch dressing if desired.
Garnish: Sprinkle with fresh cilantro or parsley for a burst of flavor.
