Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Using a hand mixer or a whisk, blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the chopped chives, dill, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning as needed to suit your preference.
  4. Transfer the cream cheese mixture to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled as a spread on bagels, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
