- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Using a hand mixer or a whisk, blend until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the chopped chives, dill, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning as needed to suit your preference.
- Transfer the cream cheese mixture to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled as a spread on bagels, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
