- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Bread the chicken: Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Air fry the nuggets: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray the basket, arrange nuggets in a single layer, and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve and enjoy: Remove nuggets from the air fryer, let cool slightly, and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
