Instructions
- In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and sesame oil. Whisk together until well mixed.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes at room temperature.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp to the skillet, reserving the marinade for later use. Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Pour the reserved marinade into the skillet with the cooked shrimp. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
