A simple and delicious meal for grilling or baking.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the steak pieces, halved baby potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.
- Place an equal amount of the steak and potato mixture in the center of each foil piece.
- Fold the sides of the foil over the mixture and crimp the edges to seal tightly, creating a packet.
- Place the foil packets on the grill or in the oven. Cook for about 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Carefully open the foil packets, allowing steam to escape. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
