Description

A simple and delicious meal for grilling or baking.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the steak pieces, halved baby potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.
  3. Place an equal amount of the steak and potato mixture in the center of each foil piece.
  4. Fold the sides of the foil over the mixture and crimp the edges to seal tightly, creating a packet.
  5. Place the foil packets on the grill or in the oven. Cook for about 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Carefully open the foil packets, allowing steam to escape. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
