Instructions
- Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place the shrimp in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add minced garlic, paprika, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly with the marinade. Let it sit for about 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink and opaque. Flip the shrimp and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fully cooked through.
- Remove the skillet from heat and drizzle the shrimp with fresh lemon juice. Toss gently to combine. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
