Lemon Garlic Shrimp is a quick and flavorful seafood dish.

- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the shrimp: Clean shrimp and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the garlic: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes for 1-2 minutes.
- Cook the shrimp: Add shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until pink, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Finish and serve: Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle lemon zest over shrimp. Toss and garnish with parsley.
