Description

Lemon Garlic Shrimp is a quick and flavorful seafood dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp: Clean shrimp and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the garlic: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Cook the shrimp: Add shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until pink, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Finish and serve: Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle lemon zest over shrimp. Toss and garnish with parsley.
