Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs or add your own seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up breading station: flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, breadcrumbs in a third.
  3. Season chicken tenders with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub to coat evenly.
  4. Bread each tender by dredging in flour (shake off excess), dipping in egg, and coating in breadcrumbs (press to stick).
  5. Place tenders in air fryer basket in a single layer, not touching.
  6. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  7. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) using a meat thermometer.
  8. Let rest for 1 minute before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add cayenne or Italian herbs to the breading. Flip gently with tongs. Great for wraps, bento boxes, or dipping with sauces.
