Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up breading station: flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, breadcrumbs in a third.
- Season chicken tenders with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub to coat evenly.
- Bread each tender by dredging in flour (shake off excess), dipping in egg, and coating in breadcrumbs (press to stick).
- Place tenders in air fryer basket in a single layer, not touching.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) using a meat thermometer.
- Let rest for 1 minute before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add cayenne or Italian herbs to the breading. Flip gently with tongs. Great for wraps, bento boxes, or dipping with sauces.
