Ingredients
  

  • 2 large tortilla wraps Flour tortillas work best.
  • 300 g chicken breast fillet Cut into strips.
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce Chopped for freshness.
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese Freshly grated for extra flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing For the classic Caesar taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Adds a subtle garlic flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika Gives a mild smoky flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper For seasoning the chicken.
  • as needed cooking oil For frying the chicken and toasting the wrap.

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, season the chicken strips with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat evenly.
  2. Heat some oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the seasoned chicken strips for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Spread a tablespoon of Caesar dressing evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Add the chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken strips, and grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to secure the filling.
  6. In the same frying pan, toast the wraps for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately.
