- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup fruit preserves or jelly (your choice)
- Fresh fruit for topping (such as sliced bananas or strawberries)
- Chopped nuts for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in the fruit preserves or jelly, making sure to leave some swirls for a marbled effect.
- Transfer the mixture into a jar or airtight container. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, to allow the oats to soak and soften.
