Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups elbow macaroni

- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes (with their juice), beef broth, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Add the elbow macaroni and stir well.
- Cover the skillet and let it simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the macaroni is tender and the sauce has thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
- Serve the Beefaroni hot, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
