Ingredients

- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated. Let marinate for about 15 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat until hot. Add the marinated shrimp in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink and opaque. Flip the shrimp and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove the skillet from heat and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp. Toss to combine. Serve the seared shrimp hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
