Description

Delicious shredded BBQ chicken sandwiches that are easy to make and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1/2 cup coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce.
  2. In another bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toast the hamburger buns if desired.
  4. Assemble the sandwiches by placing BBQ chicken on the bottom bun.
  5. Add coleslaw on top of the chicken.
  6. Cover with the top bun and serve.
