A quick and easy seafood delight featuring shrimp in garlic butter.

- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Squeeze the lemon juice over the cooked shrimp and stir to combine.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
