A quick and tasty shrimp stir fry meal.

- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
- Sesame seeds and green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate shrimp with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 more minute.
- Push vegetables aside, add marinated shrimp, and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
- Mix remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Pour over shrimp and vegetables, stirring well. Cook for 2 more minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve over rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
