- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage

- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)

Instructions
- Marinate Shrimp: In a bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated. Let marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
- Heat Skillet: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add a little olive oil. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp in a single layer.
- Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Combine Ingredients: In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream or Greek yogurt, lime juice, hot sauce, and salt. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Warm Tortillas: Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until warm and pliable. On each tortilla, layer shredded cabbage, cooked shrimp, diced tomatoes, avocado slices, and a drizzle of the sauce. Top with chopped cilantro.
- Serve: Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
