Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.
  2. Marinate Shrimp: Add the shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  3. Heat Oil: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Sauté Shrimp: Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish: Remove the skillet from heat. Transfer the shrimp to a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
