  • 4 fillets Salmon Fresh, skin removed.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For cooking and greasing the baking dish.

  • to taste Black pepper For seasoning the salmon.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced, for the sauce.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream For the creamy sauce.
  • 1/3 cup Lemon juice Freshly squeezed.
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter For the sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley Chopped, for garnish.
  • as needed Lemon slices For garnish.

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, and butter. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
