Description

A quick and delicious lunch option featuring chicken, lettuce, and Caesar dressing wrapped in a tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: croutons for added crunch

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  2. Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center of the tortilla. If desired, sprinkle some croutons on top for added texture.
  3. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, ensuring the filling is secure inside.
  4. Slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap it in foil or parchment paper for an on-the-go lunch option.
