Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon ginger powder
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup honey BBQ sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
- 1 cup scallions, chopped
- 3 sesame seed hamburger buns
Instructions
- Prepare the patties: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, ginger powder, soy sauce, and black pepper. Shape into 3 patties.
- Cook the patties: Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 2-4 minutes per side. Brush with honey BBQ sauce.
- Prepare the sauce: Mix mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, and scallions. Spread on buns.
- Assemble the burgers: Place a patty on each bottom bun, add scallions, and top with the buns.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili garlic sauce.
- Use fresh scallions for better flavor.
