Description

A flavorful twist on the classic burger.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup honey BBQ sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • 1 cup scallions, chopped
  • 3 sesame seed hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Prepare the patties: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, ginger powder, soy sauce, and black pepper. Shape into 3 patties.
  2. Cook the patties: Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 2-4 minutes per side. Brush with honey BBQ sauce.
  3. Prepare the sauce: Mix mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, and scallions. Spread on buns.
  4. Assemble the burgers: Place a patty on each bottom bun, add scallions, and top with the buns.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili garlic sauce.
  • Use fresh scallions for better flavor.
