Method

  1. Start by drying the boneless, skinless chicken breasts with a paper towel, then cut them into 1-inch bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces with all-purpose flour, dried basil, sweet paprika, dried oregano, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter. Once melted, place the chicken pieces in a single layer.
  4. Cook undisturbed for about 3 minutes until browned. Flip them over and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in the remaining butter, minced garlic, and fresh parsley into the skillet. Cook for 1 more minute or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Serve these delicious chicken bites hot, paired with your favorite sides like rice, pasta, or a fresh salad.

Notes

Optional: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken for an extra layer of flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
