  • 1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For cooking the chicken.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream For the creamy sauce.
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach Chopped.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese For flavor and creaminess.

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning For added flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice To brighten the flavors.

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and lemon juice until smooth.
  5. Add chopped spinach to the sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
  7. Serve over cooked pasta or rice.
