- In a large skillet, heat over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, frozen mixed vegetables, and cooked egg noodles. Stir until well mixed.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
