Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Ground beef Main protein for the casserole.
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of mushroom soup Acts as the base for the casserole, providing moisture and richness.
  • 2 cups Frozen mixed vegetables Adds color, nutrition, and variety.
  • 2 cups Cooked egg noodles Provides the carbohydrate base for the casserole.

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, heat over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, frozen mixed vegetables, and cooked egg noodles. Stir until well mixed.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
