Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Cut into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Healthy fat for cooking the chicken.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Creates the creamy texture of the Alfredo sauce.
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Adds a savory, cheesy flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Essential seasonings to enhance flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients to ensure a smooth cooking process.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and pour in heavy cream. Stir continuously for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss in the Alfredo sauce. Heat through for 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
