Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients to ensure a smooth cooking process.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and pour in heavy cream. Stir continuously for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss in the Alfredo sauce. Heat through for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
