- Wash all fruits and mint leaves thoroughly. Slice the lemon and cucumber into thin rounds. Hull the strawberries and slice them.
- In a large pitcher, add the sliced lemon, cucumber, strawberries, and fresh mint leaves. Pour the filtered water over the ingredients.
- Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for a stronger flavor. Serve over ice if desired.
