  • 1 liter filtered water
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Method
 

  1. Wash all fruits and mint leaves thoroughly. Slice the lemon and cucumber into thin rounds. Hull the strawberries and slice them.
  2. In a large pitcher, add the sliced lemon, cucumber, strawberries, and fresh mint leaves. Pour the filtered water over the ingredients.
  3. Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for a stronger flavor. Serve over ice if desired.
