Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium Zucchinis Sliced into thin rounds.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Adds a savory flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs Panko or regular for crunch.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Enhances flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder Adds depth to the flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper To taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For coating the zucchini.
  • as needed spray Cooking spray For extra crispiness.

Method
 

  1. Wash the zucchinis under cool water and slice them into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to mix.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the zucchini slices and toss to coat evenly. Dip each slice into the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes. Place the coated zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

These chips are a healthier alternative to traditional potato chips and can be customized with various spices and herbs.
