Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium Zucchinis Sliced into thin rounds.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Adds a savory flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs Panko or regular for crunch.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Enhances flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder Adds depth to the flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper To taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For coating the zucchini.
  • as needed spray Cooking spray For extra crispiness.

Instructions
 

  • Wash the zucchinis under cool water and slice them into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to mix.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the zucchini slices and toss to coat evenly. Dip each slice into the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes. Place the coated zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These chips are a healthier alternative to traditional potato chips and can be customized with various spices and herbs.
