Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces Uncooked pasta Rotini, penne, or any pasta shape you like.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Helps the seasoning stick and adds flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder For a savory kick that enhances the taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder Adds a subtle sweetness and depth of flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning A blend of herbs that brings an authentic Italian taste.
  • to taste Salt Essential for balancing flavors.
  • to taste Pepper Essential for balancing flavors.
  • Grated to taste Parmesan cheese For serving, adds a rich, cheesy finish.
  • Fresh herbs optional Parsley or basil For garnish, adding a pop of color and freshness.

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the uncooked pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat evenly.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned pasta in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Carefully remove the pasta chips from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs if desired.
