Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium Zucchinis Cut into fry-shaped pieces.
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour For coating the zucchini.
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten, for binding.
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Panko for extra crunch.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder Adds flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder Adds flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika Adds flavor and color.
  • to taste Salt For seasoning.
  • to taste Pepper For seasoning.
  • as needed Olive oil spray To enhance crispiness.

Method
 

  1. Wash the zucchinis thoroughly under cool water, then dry them with a clean towel. Cut them into fry-shaped pieces, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each zucchini fry into the flour, shaking off excess, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Arrange the breaded zucchini fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with olive oil.
  6. Cook the zucchini fries for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Feel free to customize the seasoning to your taste. You can add cayenne pepper for a spicy kick or parmesan cheese for a cheesy flavor.
