- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, mustard, salt, black pepper, paprika, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties about 2-3 cm thick and 8-10 cm in diameter.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties in batches for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer the cooked patties to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides or in a bun.
