Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, mustard, salt, black pepper, paprika, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties about 2-3 cm thick and 8-10 cm in diameter.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties in batches for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Transfer the cooked patties to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite sides or in a bun.
