Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Milk Keeps the mixture moist.
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Adds a subtle tanginess.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Essential for flavor enhancement.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper Adds a hint of spice.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika Contributes mild smokiness.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped Adds freshness.

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, mustard, salt, black pepper, paprika, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into patties about 2-3 cm thick and 8-10 cm in diameter.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties in batches for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Transfer the cooked patties to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
  • Serve hot with your favorite sides or in a bun.
