Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients to ensure a smooth cooking process.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, egg, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  • Wet your hands with water and shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a plate or tray.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs in batches, cooking for 6-8 minutes until browned on all sides.
  • Once browned, add marinara sauce to the skillet, cover, and let the meatballs simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
  • Check the internal temperature of the meatballs to ensure they reach 160°F before serving.
  • Serve the meatballs with additional marinara sauce and enjoy!
