Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise For creaminess.
  • 3/4 cup Sour cream For tanginess.
  • 1/3 cup Cotija cheese Or grated Parmesan as a substitute.
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice For acidity and flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey For a touch of sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon Hot sauce Or more to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder For flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder For flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin For an earthy flavor.
  • To taste none Salt For seasoning.

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, cotija cheese, lime juice, honey, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin until smooth and well combined.
  • Taste the sauce and add salt as needed. Adjust the hot sauce to your preferred spice level. Once seasoned, cover the bowl and refrigerate the sauce until ready to use.

Notes

This Baja Sauce can be stored in the fridge for a few days. Adjust the spice level to suit your taste.
