Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your baking dish or ramekins.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, diced bell pepper, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish or divide it among ramekins. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
