  • 4 fillets Salmon 6 oz each, fresh or thawed.
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter Melted, adds richness.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced, for robust flavor.
  • 1 Juice Lemon Freshly squeezed, brightens the dish.
  • to taste Salt Essential for seasoning.
  • to taste Pepper Essential for seasoning.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.
  • as needed Lemon slices For serving.

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the lined baking sheet. Brush each fillet generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with lemon slices.
