- In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and grated ginger. Whisk until well blended.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is well coated. Cover or seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and place on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Drizzle any remaining marinade over the fillets. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is golden in color.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
