Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets Salmon fillets About 6 oz each, fresh and bright in color.
  • 1/4 cup Honey Adds sweetness to the marinade.
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce Provides savory depth.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced, for flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For richness in the marinade.
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger Grated, adds a fragrant kick.
  • to taste Salt For seasoning.
  • to taste Pepper For seasoning.
  • as needed Lemon wedges For serving.
  • as needed Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and grated ginger. Whisk until well blended.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is well coated. Cover or seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Remove the salmon from the marinade and place on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Drizzle any remaining marinade over the fillets. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is golden in color.
  • Remove from the oven and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
