Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets Salmon fillets About 6 oz each, fresh and bright in color.
  • 1/4 cup Honey Adds sweetness to the marinade.

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For richness in the marinade.
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger Grated, adds a fragrant kick.

  • to taste Pepper For seasoning.
  • as needed Lemon wedges For serving.
  • as needed Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and grated ginger. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is well coated. Cover or seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Remove the salmon from the marinade and place on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Drizzle any remaining marinade over the fillets. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is golden in color.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
