- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds and membranes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and well combined.
- Generously fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Lightly spray the tops of the jalapeño poppers with olive oil.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the jalapeños are tender and the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
