Method
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray or olive oil.
- Place chicken breasts in the dish, leaving space between each piece.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly over chicken.
- Toss with hands to ensure even coating of all spices.
- Arrange chicken in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For even cooking, pound thicker chicken breasts to uniform thickness. Chicken can be seasoned up to 4 hours ahead and refrigerated. Leftovers store well for 3-4 days refrigerated or up to 3 months frozen.
