Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts similar size for even cooking
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix 1 oz packet
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika sweet paprika preferred
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray or olive oil.
  3. Place chicken breasts in the dish, leaving space between each piece.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly over chicken.
  6. Toss with hands to ensure even coating of all spices.
  7. Arrange chicken in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For even cooking, pound thicker chicken breasts to uniform thickness. Chicken can be seasoned up to 4 hours ahead and refrigerated. Leftovers store well for 3-4 days refrigerated or up to 3 months frozen.
