- Prepare the herb butter by mixing softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped fresh herbs in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the salmon fillets on the sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Top each salmon fillet with a slice of lemon and a dollop of the herb butter mixture.
- Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
