Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth. Add sugar and melted butter, and mix until smooth.
- Gradually add flour, baking soda, and salt to the banana mixture. Stir until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Let cool before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
