  • 1 piece ripe banana mashed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour all-purpose
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth. Add sugar and melted butter, and mix until smooth.
  3. Gradually add flour, baking soda, and salt to the banana mixture. Stir until just combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Let cool before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
