Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 piece ripe banana mashed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour all-purpose
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth. Add sugar and melted butter, and mix until smooth.
  • Gradually add flour, baking soda, and salt to the banana mixture. Stir until just combined.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Let cool before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
