- In a jar or airtight container, combine oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and mashed banana.
- Stir well until everything is fully incorporated, making sure no dry oat pockets remain at the bottom.
- Seal the container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4-6 hours.
- In the morning, stir the mixture again and add more milk if a thinner consistency is preferred.
- Top with crushed graham crackers, banana slices, and a dollop of whipped topping if desired.
- Enjoy straight from the jar or transfer to a bowl.
