Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 ripe banana mashed
  • 1 graham cracker crushed for topping
  • additional banana slices for garnish
  • whipped topping optional

Equipment

  • Glass jar or airtight container
  • Mixing spoon
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Method

  1. In a jar or airtight container, combine oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and mashed banana.
  2. Stir well until everything is fully incorporated, making sure no dry oat pockets remain at the bottom.
  3. Seal the container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4-6 hours.
  4. In the morning, stir the mixture again and add more milk if a thinner consistency is preferred.
  5. Top with crushed graham crackers, banana slices, and a dollop of whipped topping if desired.
  6. Enjoy straight from the jar or transfer to a bowl.

Notes

Store in airtight containers for up to 5 days. Can be made vegan with plant-based yogurt and milk. Adjust sweetness with maple syrup or honey. Great for meal prep - make multiple servings at once. Keep graham cracker topping separate until serving for best texture.
