- Prepare the salmon fillets by patting them dry with paper towels. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper on both sides.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth and creamy. Adjust Sriracha for desired heat.
